Justin Rolph (Chief Executive Officer)
Justin has a proven track record spanning more than 25 years of successful leadership and management in the voluntary, public and private sectors. He has experienced success as Managing Director of a National children’s services provider and has overseen the growth of a wide range of social care services including residential care, fostering, family support and special education. Justin has been Operations Director for the largest independent fostering agency in England, Area Service Manager for Children’s Services in Norfolk and has been Director of a large Information, Advice and Counselling Charity.
Andy Sweeney (Non-Executive Director)
Andy has over 35 years experience across all sectors in social care and has held various consultancy roles in both the private and public sector. These roles include sourcing acquisitions, due diligence, safeguarding and staff investigations, service development and managing relationships with regulators. He has also worked on a number of industry projects, including founding AICCP, a lobby group for private providers (the precursor to ICHA) and developing a pioneering accreditation system for Unregistered Children’s Homes which subsequently led to these homes becoming regulated under Children’s Homes Regulations 2001.
Aslam Dahya (Director)
Aslam is a Co-founder member of the AlliedCare group. He has worked with Health Care and Information Technology in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Since 1995, Aslam has focused upon AlliedCare Limited and its associated group of companies.
Aslam represents primary liaison with the banks and is the Nominated Individual for CQC Registration.
Brendan Morrissey (Director of Real Estate and Properties)
Brendan has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate and property sector. He has successfully set up and run a private Energy consultancy business in Ireland, providing services to local authorities, construction companies and private clients. For the past 15 years he has worked as Director of Real Estate at MGM Kapital, managing the development and maintenance of their property portfolio in Germany and Ireland. His roles included acquisitions, project and facilities management, and consultancy work with international investment companies.
